UAE Team Emirates announce Pissei as clothing sponsor

UAE Team Emirates will dress in the garments of Italian clothing brand Pissei from the 2023 season onward.

The historic Tuscan company founded in 1978 will provide clothing to riders from the World Tour outfit, creating high performance, light and aerodynamic garments all handcrafted in Italy with highly selected fabrics.

Pissei joined the team on their recent team camp in Abu Dhabi where each rider was custom tailored to ensure optimal fit and performance for the upcoming season.

The UAE riders will mainly race with two different jersey – shorts kit combinations. One of which is completely new and developed specifically for the team, with ultralight and exceptionally breathable features designed for races in the hottest climates. With a second, more thermal option suitable for all other race situations coming as an improvement to the top-of-the-range Magistrale kit.

The riders will also benefit from a couple of special skin-suits created by combining both kits’ jersey and bib shorts, giving an extra option for more aerodynamics garments too.
