Last push for glory as Veneto races bring close to 2021
Last races prove opportunity for success
The team will race their final races of the 2021 season this week at the Giro Del Veneto (1.1) on 13 October and the Veneto Classic (1.1) on 17 October.
The races bring an end to a fantastic year for the squad: with 32 victories including most notably the Tour de France title, 2 Monument wins (Liege-Bastogne-Liege and Il Lombardia) and the overall honours at both Tirreno-Adriatico and the UAE Tour.
Sports Director Fabio Baldato will guide the team for both events, with a line-up containing many possible contenders.
Trentin: “After the crash in the Worlds I’m back feeling good on the bike and want to finish the year on a high. The parcours for these races really suits me and I think we will see some very exciting racing. We are all motivated to close this great 2021 season with a strong result.”
