Sebastian Molano

Cycling was one of the major topics in the Molano household, so Sebastian naturally made his way into bicycle racing. He has become one of the fastest Colombians on the international cycling scene, in the wake of his current team mate from UAE Team Emirates, Fernando Gaviria.

He first started racing at the age of 12, competing and learning the art of two wheels at the Lancheros cycling school in Paipa, his native town.

Sebastian’s younger brother, Julian David, has followed him into the sport, riding for Coldeportes Colombia.

He’s really into music and when he isn’t travelling the world for races, he likes spending his free time with his girlfriend.
