UAE Team Emirates line-up named for Volta ao Algarve
Rui Costa leads on home ground in Portugal
As the team prepares to embark on the first Grand Tour of the season at the Giro d’Italia , another block of riders and staff will head to Portugal to race Volta ao Algarve from 5-9 May.
The five-day stage race features four road stages and one time trial on stage 4. Local favourite Rui Costa will lead the squad while fellow Portuguese talents Ivo and Rui Oliveira also keen to impress on home soil.
Sports Directors Allan Peiper (Aus) and Aurelio Corral (Spa) will lead the team:
