UAE Team Emirates–XRG Announces Line-up for GP Québec & GP Montréal
Tour de France champion Pogačar makes return to racing
UAE Team Emirates–XRG is delighted to confirm its squad for the upcoming Grand Prix Cycliste de Québec on 12 September 2025, followed by the Grand Prix Cycliste de Montréal on 14 September 2025—two exciting WorldTour events which sit at the top of the North American calendar.
The team arrives with three former GP Montreal winners in their ranks through Tadej Pogačar (2022 & 2024), Adam Yates (2023) and Tim Wellens (2015), with Pogačar leading a team packed with talent to contend across both races. Meanwhile, McNulty, Narváez and Sivakov provide resilient support and flexibility, poised to capitalize on race dynamics as they evolve.
Pogačar: “I feel good. I’m quite happy with how my summer went. The end of the season always has its ups and downs, but I’m happy to be here. After the Tour, I took a break, followed Urska at her races, and did some good training at home. I couldn’t squeeze another big training block at altitude into my summer. But here I am, happy to be able to test my legs on Friday.
We’re here with a strong team, and I’ll be happy if I can help us win. In any way. I’m definitely going for it, but for me, it wouldn’t be a disaster if I didn’t win. I want to peak for the World Championships. That’s the main goal for this final stretch of the season. I also want to use these races as good training and hope I’ll be ready.”
